If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we’ll sort you out with either an exchange or credit (valid for both online & Pop-Up purchases).

Full priced item(s) can be returned within 7 days of receiving your purchase, provided they’re unused and in their original condition with tags attached.

Think your item is faulty? Contact us before returning it so we can work with you (and the brand) to resolve the issue quickly.

If you want to exchange a full priced item for a different size of the same product, please contact us before returning to ensure you’re able to exchange it.

If you want to exchange a full priced item for another, we’ll issue a credit note (which can be used both online or in Pop-Up) when the returned item is received.

Items (including full priced items) purchased with store credit can be returned for store credit only.

When returning items to our online store, you’re responsible for the cost of return.

Store credit expires 12 months from its date of issue and any credit remaining at the time of expiry will no longer be available to use. If you’d like to use store credit to pay for a new order, this can only be refunded as store credit.

We don’t offer credit, returns or exchanges on sale items (this includes promotions where the item purchased was not full price).
